Purpose and raison d'être of the Life with Courage Community Constitution
Objective
The main purpose of this constitution is to define the relations between all stakeholders of Cesaretle Yaşam - expert consultants, employees, real or legal person consultants and other stakeholders; to determine the basic principles and rules; to ensure that all relations, business and transactions of everyone who has a connection with this counseling center are carried out in accordance with these constitutional principles and rules; to resolve disputes; thus to ensure that the Cesaretle Yaşam Community lives long-lastingly by producing qualified, successful and efficient services.
The raison d'être of the Courageous Living Community is to contribute to the health and well-being of all our stakeholders, whether they live in Turkey or abroad, at the individual, family and organizational level, and to their growth and development in physical and spiritual integrity.
In all activities of Life with Courage, we act, write and discourse in accordance with our core values and principles, which we have expressed in the following 15 articles, and we do not compromise in any way:
Our core values and principles
1. As the Life with Courage Team, we always act in line with our main goals and objectives, address all events, phenomena and problems systemically with a holistic approach, with the unity of spirit, body and mind in the context of all stakeholders, and strive to offer solutions.
2. We believe in the “uniqueness” of each individual, family or organization and that each individual, family or organization has the right to grow and develop by preserving its own colors and differences; we contribute to the growth, change and development of each individual, family and organization in line with its own realities, history, conditions, goals, needs and expectations.
3. Sensitive to the phenomenon of culture, we take into account the cultural needs, expectations and approaches of the individual, family, organization and society; we take care that different cultural colors are visible and protected with respect.
4. While meeting the change needs of the individual, family and organization, we support them to generate solutions that mobilize their own internal resources, are in line with their essence and are not imposed from outside, in contrast to “single-truth” approaches.
5. We always respect human and children's rights and do not discriminate, and we act, write and discourse in accordance with this principle in all our business and relationships.

6. To ensure that both our team members, the people we serve and our other stakeholders are in health, peace and well-being; In line with our basic principle, we establish relationships within the framework of goodwill, love, compassion, respect, trust, harmony, solidarity, cooperation, assistance and sensitivity in all our relationships.
7. One of our basic principles is to be useful, and even if we cannot be useful, to do no harm. We act in accordance with this principle in our every action, writing and discourse.
8. The prerequisite for being useful is to have competence and competence. For this reason, we constantly strive to do our best and try to improve our own and others' competence and qualifications. For this purpose, we constantly read, research, study and participate in various congresses, conferences and information festivals.
9. We conduct all our relations, business and transactions in line with our principle of honesty and we remain loyal to this principle under all circumstances.
10. In line with our principle of openness, we communicate openly; we express our feelings and thoughts in an open, sincere and honest manner.

11. If we experience communication problems, conflicts and friction in our relationships, we take care to resolve them in a constructive, creative and elegant way.
12. We do not tolerate injustice; we work in accordance with the principle of “fairness” in all our business and transactions.
13. The protection of human dignity and honor is very important and valuable to us. We carefully protect the honor and dignity of our team members, the real and legal persons we serve and communicate with, and our colleagues; we do not engage in actions, writings and discourses that would offend their honor and cast a shadow on their dignity, and we do not allow them to do so.
14. We always respect nature, environment and animal rights; we are attentive and sensitive to animals and our natural environment and do not tolerate any harm.
15. We speak, write and act with an awareness of our cultural values, whether or not they are expressed in this constitution; we do not condone the degeneration of these values.
