6. Storage and Protection of Personal Data

cesaetleyasam.nett is obliged, in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK, to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data and to prevent unauthorized access to systems and databases where your personal data is stored; and to take software measures such as hashing, encryption, transaction logging, and access management, as well as physical security measures, to ensure their safekeeping. In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, one has the right to demand compensation for the damage.
