People have long been confused about their emotionality. Some of the lessons we learn about emotion seem contradictory. For example, we should trust people and follow our hearts, but we should also control ourselves and not be so emotional. We may have decided that we cannot trust people when we are hurt, and we may have thought it wise to suppress or ignore our emotions. But this leaves us without the guidance of our emotions.
A program that will shed light on emotional education, which many of us lack.
