Our expert, who entered the mental health field through the process of recovering from addiction, became one of the founders of Aybuder in 2013 and has been serving as the association's president since 2021. They specialize in topics such as addiction, emotion management, boundaries, and conflict, and have contributed to the field through training, projects, seminars, and documentaries. Their path crossed with the Cesaretle Yaşam team in 2020, and since 2023, they have continued to transform with the community as one of the leaders of nature-based camp gatherings.

They entered the field of mental health in 2012 through addiction, as a result of their own recovery process from addiction. In 2013, they founded AYBUDER with their companions to advocate for addiction and to offer an alternative solution for addiction recovery. In this association, which they chaired from 2021 to 2025, they provided addiction services to thousands of people.

They contributed to the development of country policies by undertaking projects at local and national levels, organizing and participating in seminars, talks, and workshops at universities, cultural centers, and various non-governmental organizations.

Personally, he contributed to TV programs and documentaries. He gave interviews to various magazines and newspapers, and contributed to professional books and scientific studies.

Since 2014, she has been organizing and giving trainings in various universities and non-governmental organizations on addiction. In order to deepen her work in the field, she started to receive trainings in areas such as Addiction Counseling, Social Work Expertise and Family Counseling since 2014. 

In 2020, her professional counseling process introduced her to the Living with Courage Team. Since 2021, she has been contributing to the organization of expert meetings on social work. Since 2023, she continues to be one of the leaders of the Life with Courage camps in nature. 

With extensive clinical experience gained from the field of Addiction Counseling, she works with individuals, couples, and families. Within the framework of family counseling, she focuses on relational patterns, boundary setting and violations, parenting attitudes, family roles, communication, and conflict areas. In addiction processes, she not only works with individuals struggling with addiction but also with their loved ones (spouses, parents, and family members), supporting her clients in areas such as co-addiction dynamics, emotional awareness and regulation, stress management, crisis management, and relapse prevention.
